As the nation's only fully charitable air ambulance operation, we fly non-ambulatory patients to places of help, hope and healing when insurance or other personal financial resources are not available for a commercial air ambulance. Flying a Cessna Citation I air ambulance, our all-volunteer crews have flown more than 290 patients in 40 states. We are licensed as a Mobile Intensive Care Unit (M.I.C.U.) by the Texas Department of Health, and can perform advanced life support procedures on board. There is never a charge for our service.
