Alaska State Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Board
The board adopts regulations to carry out laws governing the practice of physical therapy and occupational therapy in Alaska. It makes final licensing decisions and takes disciplinary actions against people who violate licensing laws. The board meets two times a year and and offers a public comment period at each meeting. Meeting agendas and minutes are available from the licensing examiner and will be posted to this website once prepared.

Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners
The Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners is a regulatory board, which issues and annually renews approximately 1500 licenses for the occupational therapy profession. By law, the Board requires that each applicant meet minimum standard of education, experience and competency.
