Repetitive Strain Injury
Repetitive strain injuries are a group of painful injuries that affect the muscles, tendons and nerves in the hand, fingers, wrist, arm, elbow, shoulder and neck. Also affected, but less common, are the legs, hips, ankles and the back. These injuries result from not taking a rest period between repetitive motions.
