Just a heads-up to those whos doctor wants to switch them to simvastatin, I was on 10mg of Lipitor and my doctor switched me stating that Simvastatin was the same and I immediately statred having serious muscle aches which made it very painful to move. After four days I switched back and all pain went away. I have spoken to many people that had the same experience.
