Yoga is a tachnic which have count less benefits for human being. Its popularity and charming become increasing day to day. And many people exercise people tern to yoga classes. It reduce weight but also provide relax felling. I'm doing yoga in the evening after my working day. I feel that it reduce my burden and refresh body. I do it for 30 to 40 mints 4 time in a week.

Yoga is one of the best exercise which is basically oriented from India, research on this exercise is going from decades and it has been found that this exercise has got lots of health benefits, it can improve blood circulation of the body and make your body more flexible.

Hmmm benefits of yoga exercise one has to merge the methods of yogasanas, pranayama and relaxation.Regular practice of asanas, pranayama and relaxation can help such different conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, digestive complaints, arthritis, arteriosclerosis, serious exhaustion, asthma, spider blood vessels and heart disease.
