Astaxanthin is a red pigment that occurs naturally in a wide variety of living organisms. Astaxanthin is found in many human foods and you are likely being consumed in the every day diet. Astaxanthin provides a greater protection of the cellular membranes than â-carotene, vitamin C and vitamin E.

The immune system works on the cellular level. Goji juice and all its nutrients do also. It's vital to remember this. Healthy cells make healthy organs. Our bodies are made up of trillions of cells. You should view the video by Dr. Vega (oncologist) at www.gojihealthappeal.com - fantastic example at a cellular level. He shows you actual results of cell activity during patient treatments. You will actually see the results on a cellular level!

When Adam and Eve were placed on this earth they were given all the right things to live a long and healthy life - air with plenty of oxygen, unpolluted water, an abundance of nutritious plants grown in fertile soil, and no pharmaceutical companies.

Let's examine how the immune system works and what you can do to make your immune system work better. The body was designed to function properly and be healthy. It is estimated that each cell in our body is attacked by over 10,000 free radicals a day. On the cellular level these free radicals are missing an electron. The only way for them to survive is to steal an electron from a healthy cell. Our immune system is the mechanism by which we identify free radicals and destroy them before they destroy our healthy cells. Our body knows which cells are good and which cells are bad. Unfortunately not every cell has a brain so information must be passed from cell to cell at warp speed to give orders to destroy free radicals. This makes intercellular communication the most important thing in our lives. Several Nobel Prize recipients reasoned that if we can discover how these cells communicate we can improve our immune system, which has been declining at a rate of approximately 3% a year for the last 9 years. Research techniques and knowledge were not available to track the decline before that, but many doctors estimate that our immune system is functioning at 60 to 75% of what it used to in the last 100 years. Modern American medicine has been able to counter this decline by extending life, but not necessarily the "quality" of life. Ideally it would be better to eliminate problems at the cellular level.

We’ve known for a long time about the structure of the cell. Only with recent advancements in electron microscope have we been able to analyze the material that various parts of the cell are made of. While some scientists map the structure of the DNA, immunologists looked at the tiny hair like structures that stuck out of each cell. The cells, which had a lot of tiny hairs, seemed to be less vulnerable to sickness, than cells that were balding. Since the 50s scientists have known these little hairs were responsible for communications between cells. However, they did not know what they were made up of until 1997. At the tips of these cellular communicating hairs were polysaccharides. A polysaccharide is a long chain carbohydrate in the sugar family. Since the discovery of these polysaccharides, the hair like structures have been renamed to glycoforms and the study of these mono and polysaccharides (sometimes called glyco-chemicals or glyco-nutrients) is called glycomics or glyco-biology.
Even though there are over 200 various types of sugars (monosaccharide), scientists believe that there are essentially eight that are vital to the proper function of the human body. A long chain polysaccharide usually contains a combination of four or more of this monosaccharide. Now don't let the term sugar confuse you with the table sugar (sucrose) that we get way too much of.

You need a food supplement that can handle everything mentioned above - without any fear. Of course, you should always check with a doctor before making any drastic changes to your diet. Please reply if you have questions.

HI
smith12

I suggest you A dietary supplement, also known as food supplement or nutritional supplement, is a preparation intended to supply nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, fatty acids or amino acids, that are missing or are not consumed in sufficient quantity in a person's diet. Some countries define dietary supplements as foods, while in others they are defined as drugs.

Supplements containing vitamins or dietary minerals are recognised by the Codex Alimentarius Commission, the United Nations' highest authority on food standards, as a category of food.

Really got great read. There is comparatively less discussion about such rare things. Thanks for posting.

Cell membranes is critically important to your rate of aging, overall structural integrity, proper metabolism, cardiovascular health, and ability inflammatory wear and tear. Cell membranes are composed mostly of fatty acids that are held together by phospholipids. Calcium AEP is a top nutrient for supporting cell membrane health

I think Calcium AEP is a top nutrient for supporting cell membrane health, especially for cells that form the sheathing of nerves a great nutrient to assist pain management.
AEP is attracted to cell membranes throughout the body, especially cells protecting nerves (myelin sheathing). AEP supports the structural integrity of cell membranes, helping to build the phospholipid layer of the cell.
