An EMR can help to streamline the workflow, making life easier for patients, also would bring down the chances of medical negligence and overall would bring about the improvement in the quality of patient service.

I think patient satisfaction can be attributed to the kind of staff a facility has. Over and above that hygiene and good facilities also come into consideration.

It is important that the patients get proper medical attention and the staff is at their help every now and then. Also their treatment must go well.
