Hello everybody

Thanks for your valuable suggestion to take care teeth, Regular visited your dental hygienist to clean up tartar build-up at least twice per year, Brush your teeth twice a day for at least three minutes each time and floss every day, Brush your teeth in circular movements with medium pressure. Be careful not to injure the gum, Use a toothpaste and mouth rinse that is low in alcohol and free of detergents, sweeteners, antiseptics and artificial whiteners. Besides, some good mouthwash and toothpaste contain herbal extract of ratanhia and myrrh. Ratanhia can help stop bleeding and strengthen gums naturally.

Nice to meet you
