hello buddy how are you dear i read your comment it's great i like it dear i learn alot of things from your comment i hope everyone likes your post dear thanx for this information.

Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health. It is performed for many different reasons. These include strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance and for enjoyment. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent the "diseases of affluence" such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity.[1][2] It also improves mental health and helps prevent depression. Childhood obesity is a growing global concern and physical exercise may help decrease the effects of childhood obesity in developed countries.

Yeah. I agree Exercise is the easy way to lose weight and stay fit n fine... If you are not able to make this decision, then you are going to find yourself constantly feeling weighed down by your weight loss diet plan, and this can be very discouraging for anyone of any age.One can take help of diet pills also like Hoodia, but before starting any diet go for its side effects like Hoodia side effects or any diet pills side effects..as it will give you more effectiveness..

Surely exercise is necessary for the human body in going for and keeping the organs active. Going for walking or getting your self involved in work physically is the best way to get an exercise.

We have seen many people doing exercise on regular bases if you compare their health with other people they are better. In this fast going life exercise becomes very important, we don't care about our foods it is becoming unhealthy day to day and to burn unwanted calories exercise becomes very important.

This is very good information about health and every one know importance of health. It can increase our immune system and metabolism. Exercise is fight against all disease of the body. I like to eat only natural food and don't take any energy shake.

Exercising or ‘working out’ can definitely help in gaining weight by increasing muscle mass, as muscle is heavier than body fat.

First step to be healthy is you should consume proper meal everyday, next is "sleep for enough time" but not more then 8 hrs a day, then next step is do exercise.
