Heart – Cardiovascular Disease Industry – Business is Great

American Cardiovascular health is not good. Who is watching out for your health?

About 65 million people in the U.S. have some form of cardiovascular disease. Invasive cardio. related medical procedures will cost Americans more than $10 billion this year and cardio. related medications will cost even more.

About 1,500,000 Angiograms, 500,000 Bypass Surgeries, and 450,000 Angioplasties will be performed in the U.S. this year. We experience more of these procedures per capita than any other developed/modern/industrial country in our world. These procedures take place, per capita, at least 50% more often here than in any other country.

In the U.S. at least one individual suffers a heart attack (cardiovascular incident) every minute and each year, about one million of those unfortunate individuals die. Most of the remaining people that live, suffer a diminished quality of life and take medications for the rest of their lives.

Our health care system actively discourages effective alternative therapies in the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular related diseases. Our Food and Drug Administration also actively discourages alternatives. Dr. Stuart Nightingale, former FDA administrator stated in a speech to the American Medical Association House of Delegates: “We can’t put these chelation doctors out of business without your help. Chelation is an effective alternative therapy in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

Who is watching out for your health? If you don’t watch out for it, the watching may not take place. Read “Health, Greed, Power,” found at Lulu.com and “Lipitor: Thief of Memory, Statin Drugs and the Misguided war on Cholesterol” and “Racketeering in Medicine,” found at Amazon or your favorite bookstore.

You deserve good health. Robert Brown rbrownchoice@yahoo.com

If people thought more about healthy lifestyles and the money that is allocated to the fight against heart problems could be used for promoting a healthy lifestyle, drug use would considerably reduce

Mostly people are eating junk food out there and are engaged in very little exercise. As a result there will be increase in Cholesterol levels and ultimately lead to heart problems. It is very important to do regular exercise whenever we get time.
