Aerobic burns fat. So running, diving, cardio exercise, string moving, doing stairways, step. Eat healthier and more often. You want to build a metabolic rate. Don't worry too much about portion size. Treat all day on good for you stuff like oatmeal and peanut butter, celery and natural, seafood food and dry fruit......

Running is a nice exercise and I would suggest to run early in the morning. It is nice way to reduce some body fat. Also Cardio exercises are good and also skipping is a nice way of burning body fat.

Hii...
Running and Cardio exercises are helpful in burning fat. With exercises drink lots of water a day, eat more green vegetables, keep your protein intake high and avoid junk foods.

Which helps to burn fat quickly are Cardio plus, resistance training, 10 push-ups or knee push-ups, 15-20 jumping jacks daily these are some of the basics which will surely help you burn fat quickly.
