Hi dear,
Green tea is very beneficial for our health. It is more effective for those persons who want to lose the weight.
It burns the fat and reduces the extra weight. It also controls the cholesterol level and keeps heart healthy.
It is also very good nutrition for healthy and fresh skin.

Green tea is really good for our health. It contains antioxidants that can lower your cholesterol, and they are also helpful in blood pressure control. It also prevents abnormal blood clotting, which is helpful in preventing strokes.

Yes, Green tea is very helpful for our body. With the help of green tea you can burn your fat and its antioxidant effect helps the liver to function more efficiently. It also protects against heart disease and cancer. With antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities, Green tea can also help with wrinkles and the signs of aging.
