Earlier humans used to hunt for their living, due to which their body had to undergo a lot of physical exercise. Every part of the body was exercised and the intake was more of natural substances. But due to our changed life style, today we hardly do any of those. Even a simple 30 min per day of workouts and one good nutritious meal a day can help improve our health. This easy life has restricted humans to do that bit of physical exercise which is required to keep the body fit and healthy.

For being healthy you must follow a systematic schedule on a regular basis. The time for work out, diet, sleep all must be fixed. You should also highly take care of the food you are eating. It must be fresh and nutritious. Avoid junky and oily food.

Drinking pure water is necessary to stay healthy. You should not drink soft water as they contain metals due to its solvent property. Distillers work on evaporation and condensation process and left with no impurity. Use pure water distiller to have healthy life.
