Good info thanks for sharing it, i think books and videos are helpful for information but to achieve your fitness goal you need a good trainer how keep you motivated and advice you on time to time regarding your progress.

Well fitness and health is crucial to enjoy life without any problem because if you are healthy and fit then you can do anything what you want . Fitness and health is possible with Proper Exercise and quality foods . You can do exercises such as Swimming , Running .
