We give undue importance to our health and the treatment of diseases. A large number of medicines treat only the symptoms of the disease, and not the root cause. In fact, the cause of many chronic ailments is still being researched.
It is here that Yoga therapy comes to our assistance. Yoga emphasizes treatment of the root cause of an ailment. It works in a slow, subtle and miraculous manner. Modern medicine can claim to save a life at a critical stage, but, for complete recovery and regaining of normal health, one must believe in the efficiency of Yoga therapy.

Well the main problem with exercises like yoga is that it requires a huge amount of time, and a person who is involved in business or some sort of a job find this exercise impossible to preform.

Hello everybody,

Many many thanks to sharing your information, The yoga philosophy is based on developing a mystical union between yourself and a personal deity through a combination of self-hypnosis, meditation, the adoption of special postures, and ascetic practices. In the West, the meditation and special postures have been adapted as a system of physical exercise and relaxation techniques. The exercises consist of slow stretching movements performed in harmony with breathing. Yoga tones all the muscles, flexes the joints and strengthens the body. Some of the exercises have been incorporated in a new form of aerobic activity called 'yogacise'.

I am highly appreciated!!

Really very nice
