WORST SOFTWARE EVER!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
We have been using this archaic program for several years as out physician is reluctant to change. This company won't assist in the event tech support is needed, they do not answer their phone, nor do they return phone calls. We would go months without updates and then when we are having issues submitting and are told we need to update out software, we must hunt them down to get updates that should have been provided long ago. The program is plagued with bugs. We have had patients disappear from the database, missing or disappearing dates of service, lost connections to the database are a frequent occurence, the scheduling program rarely worked, and the list continues. If it was up to me, I would sue this poor excuse for a medical software comnpany for lost revenue, and breach of contract, but it is not u p to me and the person in charge has no clue of how bad the situation is. I HIGHLY ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SOFTWARE COMPANY. A complaint was filed with the better business bureau.
Company Name: Apex Business Computing
Product: AMPM-Practice Management, Billing, Scheduling
