I cannot believe the polls that say a majority of people in the US are against a national healthcare bill that would provide coverage to millions of uninsured people, regulate the healthcare insurance companies and mandate coverage of pre-existing conditions. When did it become more important for insurers to make a profit at the expense of the sick? Hey USA, lets stop the BS and do what's right!!!!

Well it's about time that the US got some healthcare reform, not perfect but certainly a step in the right direction. The Republicans who opposed this are nothing more than nasty selfish obstructionists and should be voted out of office as they had lost touch with real Americans when Bush the idiot was elected. Too bad we couldn't sweep the rest of the trash out when we got rid of Bush but hopefully they will all be swept up in the rapture!!!!

Now the idiots in the US congress are trying to get rid of the new healthcare reform bill, are the republicans who support this stupid? The speaker of the house says we have the best healthcare system in the world, maybe our members of congress do but for the rest of us each month brings higher bills and less service. Is it even possible to have an adult conversation with these people? I don't think so!!!!

Now the idiots are going after planned parenthood, the facts are that PP saves the US government tons of money by providing services that otherwise would be paid for by the government. When are these dummies going to learn that the American people want them (our so called gov leaders) to focus on jobs, infrastructure, the economy and holding those responsible for the financial meltdown, not abortion, lining the pockets of the rich with more tax breaks and taking healthcare away from those that really need it. I think it is time that the US congress and senate are forced to follow the same rules they make for everybody else. They should have to pay for their retirement by paying into Social Security and pay for their own healthcare

I agree with admin, Come on now, Donald Trump? Sarah Palin? Mitt the Magic underwear man, are Americans stupid or what? I actually spoke to a friend that thought Sarah Palin was smart! Unf****** believable. Wakeup America it's time to come into the 21st century. Can you actually believe that we have people in power that think the earth was created 6,000 years ago?
Now that the world did not end on 5/21 I guess the rapture has become a moving target. I don't think we will need the rapture if we keep screwing up the planet with trash, pollution and zillions of people as we are rapidly destroying ourselves. If we don't drown half the population with rising seas, we will ruin the atmosphere with c02, destroy the oceans with garbage and plastic, and create new diseases that will make AIDs look like an ear infection.
I personally think the best part of humanity is behind us as too many greedy people are competing for too few resources and survival of the fittest is no longer a valid statement.

Oh Come on Orvie, it's not that bad...I was only commenting on the fact that some of our "persons in power" are really idiots in power leading other stupid people around by there nose. I mean the Republican party can't even decide who or what is a conservative! Since when does the Evangelicals speak for the American people...What happened to separation of religion and government here in the US?
