Asthma is a known term to all of us, as today in the busy world, the smoke and the non hygienic environment is killing people like anything else.

Nearly one million children have their condition worsened, due to the exposure to second hand smoke. Second hand smoke increases the severity of symptoms for asthmatic children. The main harm for children is on their lungs.

Now a days it’s seen that, more number of women are Help to stop smoking during pregnancy. The women who are yet continuing with the habits, is unfortunately endangering the future of their unborn babies. It’s also found that smoking increases the rate of low respiratory tract infections in children and infants.

Just watch the people who are suffering out, think and rethink as much you want, and this thought might sometimes help to quit smoking

Women should quit smoking atleast at the pregnancy time..I know it's very hard to stop smoking when you fully got addicted to nicotine. I said it's hard but not impossible as I succeed in quitting smoking few months ago because of pillsguide. Here you will get various ways to quit smoking, medication if required. I'm thankful to pillsguide for the moral support.

Hi,
Thanks for the link. I've been wondering how to stop my friends from smoking since I have a childhood asthma and I don't want to have it again. It's really hard for me to breath when I smell smoke and I'm always reminding them not to smoke when I'm around. I was hoping they would stop for good. It's for their own good too anyway.

In addition to working with your doctor, you can use home remedies to help control your asthma. All the medicine in the world won't help an asthma sufferer if he or she smokes. The most expensive air filter you can buy won't make a bit of difference if you leave your windows wide open. The key is to track down your triggers and, as completely as possible, eliminate them from your life.

Also you can try medications like medrol which is really effective in asthma cure

Brand Champix is one of effective treatments for quitting smoking. When find it hard to cease exhaling and inhaling habit on own, just switch to Champix. It is a prescription medication for smoking cessation. Take this anti smoking drug orally exactly as prescribed by the doctor, complete its course and encounter fabulous results. The dynamic component of this drug is Varenicline Tartrate. With helping in giving up smoking, this drug also eradicates the withdrawal symptoms from nicotine. Even a Generic form called Generic Champix is equally effective to get rid of smoking.

I quit smoking two months ago, started running and weightlifting, am getting in good shape, and have inexplicably developed severe asthma seemingly out of nowhere.

Hello,

Asthma is often triggered when outside substances like pollen, mold and pollution invade the lungs. The lungs of people with asthma respond by having a negative reaction to things that irritate them, often swelling and decreasing their ability to inhale and exhale normally.

Along with building lung strength through regular exercise, asthma sufferers can cleanse their lungs. You can strengthen and cleanse your lungs in different ways to minimize the effects of asthma, control your symptoms and manage your condition.

Thanks a lot!
