In the history of fitness, exercising was a ritual with men, very few women or hardly any women practiced it. Women were always more involved taking care of her family and children and practically had no time or inclination to look after herself. In today’s age, women are more conscious of themselves and their physical needs. They have enrolled into different forms of exercising for the benefit of keeping well and looking good.

Most women exercise to look good and feel good. Appearance plays a very important role in today’s age so looking good is a primary factor for women and hence she exercises to reach her goals pertaining to good health and a sexy self. In this era where obesity is more prevalent, one has to seek to exercise to lose that extra flab and feel fit.

One must have an exercise plan based on the kind of body she has. Most of the time why the latest fitness fad is not making you lose weight – you need to understand that each of us are shaped differently, naming, hourglass shaped, spoon shaped, ruler shaped and cone shaped. We must adhere to an exercise regime fit for our particular shape and not try just about anything.

I may suggest accumulating 60 minutes or more a day of low- to moderate-intensity physical activity, such as walking, running, or dancing.

Great information! Women are more prone to osteoporosis than men and it's really recommended to all women to practice regular exercise for stronger bones.

Most of women can't take care of there fitness and they don't give time to do exercise. Any women can do stretching exercise in free time and don't need to do in the morning. Avoid all over eat every time because it is make fat around the waist. Don't sleep after eat food.
