"Yoga" is the ancient Indian Method of maximising one's physical, mental, emotional and spiritual potential. Though learning Yoga from formal Centres and with the guidance of experts or "Gurus" in this field is the usual method, one can practice many of the techniques of Yoga in our home itself, if you have a basic understanding of Yoga. We have simple newsletters on this subject in our Medical site for anyone interested. Also references are given for getting more information.

Thank you doc.I have been a yoga practitioner for a year now and have seen tremendous changes in me. I feel better , lighter and leaner than before. I must adfmit that prior to this, i was a high cholestorol patient and had been taking cheap lipitor
from the market but it didnt work for me. Finally yoga and diet control is what kept me and my heart in shape.

I just bought a Simply Pilates with strethband DVD, Book and stretchband by Jennifer Pohlman. I took introductory pilates at Coleharbour Place.

I enjoy doing pilates in a t-shirt, shorts and bare feet and of course a mat and pillow. Are there anybody else into pilates?

It is the best way of treating impotence and other sexual disorders, too. In fact power yoga is most effective in weight loss. Good work!

Yoga is really an effective term. Many people who are fighting with different kind of causes like Diabetes, ED, Cancer, TB and Etc. can treat their cause with this Exercise. Now a days Yoga is growing and people are coming to know that how much effective yoga is.
About Pilates - Pilates is nothing but an types of exercise developed by America Gym Trainer Joseph Pilates. Pilates are very much helpful for body in order to develop core strength, flexibility and awareness in the body.

Yoga is very good exercise and is very best for the health. It reduce the risk of heart attack,lowers blood pressure. It helps me a lot to increase strength, muscle tone and better breathing.

I want to thank yoga for this light feeling that it gives to me. I go to yoga classes at my gym once a week and I feel completely different after class. I feel more energy and much better
