Hair is found on each and every part of the body except the hands, palms and soles of the feet. Hair is formed in minute pockets in the skin called follicles. An up growth at the follicle base produces hair when a special group of cells turn amino acids into keratin of which hair is made. There is a balance in the hair growth and falling of hair. Any problem in the body system can disturb this balance causing more of hair loss and finally baldness. Hair loss isn't an uncommon term these days, it happens to the 50-60% of the population.

Lots of things affect hair growth and trigger hair loss like smoking, food habits, alcohol. The good news is that it is possible to prevent hair fall. This can be done using synthetic chemical drugs or natural treatments. When you are purchasing any type of medication or treatment remember that Stop hair fall naturally works best as the product works and concentrates on targeting the affected area. As for the drugs their effectiveness is not universally accepted. Also, being synthetic chemicals, they have many side effects.

Natural hair loss treatments are an obvious alternative to drugs. Their first advantage is that they don't have any side effects. In natural treatment you study the reasons first and treat it from roots. It also saves you money as using natural products to help prevent hair loss is cheaper than trying to replace lost hair once it's already gone. Though there is no hard and fast treatment or any magic available. But a delicate care and faith in treatment can save you from hair loss.

Rub coconut oil into your hands and apply a small amount of hair. Shampooing your hair less often to avoid frizzy hair. Use a good quality 100% natural shampoo to avoid most of the misfortunes of hair.
