Im traveling to new york and dubai for the summer.
I lost some weight this past couple of months and i feel better about the way i look.
Is there any tip on how to stay fit and not gain any weight this summer, I usually dont go to hotel gyms, so exercising with machines might be an issue.

Any helpful answer would be nice. Nothing mean or sarcastic.
Thank you
smile

It seems to me that you will be in an ideal place to keep fit. Walking in Manhattan is not only fun but great exercise. It might be a little hot in Dubai however they do have indoor skiing if you are a skier. Just keep in mind that you got this far by exercising your body as well as restraint in eating so keep it up.

Well, if you don't like to do exercise, you may try Yoga. It will gonna burn extra fat from your body. Also, have a control on your diet. Don't excessive oily and junk food.
